How I Started:
Well this is my day one. I was released from the doc today. I became really ill, and gained weight that my body or myself couldnt control. I was thinking about surgery, but I am going to do it the old fashon way.
Why I Love It:
I love the burn. I try to push myself, but not to hard. But I have really altered my diet, so I think that is my main thing, and water water water...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by viewing all the other people that have made amazing progress, and by asking questions and all the positive feed back all of my new friends on here are giving me.
BB Accomplishments:
Day 57, and 23lbs loss, and mad inches...Getting that hour glass back...

anyway this is most current....I think I like the black shirt better, It hides more...lol...

By next summer I expect to loose 120lbs and be in shape. I want to take my daughter to MAGIC MOUNTAIN, and not fear my heart will stop, because I will be in shape, and hopefully my heart will become stronger, to beable to run without passing out because of my heart being to weak, will be amazing.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use the tracker on here, so I can see the progress....
