Gettin Leaner Everyday!!! 9 Weeks Till My First Compitition...Est. 1988 :D
I Started Lifting Weights To Actually Loose Weight And Get Stronger. Throughout My Childhood I Was Teased & Made Fun Of Because Of My Weight. I Was An Outcast. No Friends & Very Little To No Support From My Family. Dad And I Never Really Talked And Family Did Not Do To Much And Even They Teased About My Weight. As Any Other Child Who Was An Outcast & Who Got Tired Of The Name Calling And Teasing I Rebeled Became What The Modern Society Would Call A Problem Child Not Knowing What I Had Been Through And Not Knowing It Was Just A Cover-Up For My Pain. I Decided To Lift Weights And Get Stronger As A Way To Try And Rid Myself Of My Look That People Would See & Make Comments On. After Going Through Some Troublesome Teen Years I Finally Noticed Some Positive Things Changes Going On In My Body & I Realized That My Genetics And Body Type Was That Most People Would Dream Of Having. I Started Getting More Positive Comments & People Started Comming To Me For Advice. I Realized That Bodybuilding Would Now Be My Lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I Enjoy Helping Others With There Questions About How To Do A Certain Workout And How To Eat A Certain Way. I Also Enjoy Helping Those Who Been Through The Same Struggle As Me. I Recently Started To Realize That I May Hold The Genetics For A Champion Physique For Either Bodybuilding & Or Fitness Modeling. So I Swithced Up My Diet And Now I Am Living Eating And Training Like I Already Am A Professional Bodybuilder. It Keeps Me Motivated That Someday I Might Become One. Even If I Dont Get There I Still Love Helping People An Training. Its My Life Now..Maybe One Day I Will Get To My Goals...Wait Nevermind One Day I WILL GET TO MY GOALS..All It Takes Is Hard Work Dedication & Will Power From Within Which I Call The Power And Strenghth God Gave Us All.My Journey Isnt Over Yet... :D
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep Your Head Focused. Be Determined. Dont Ever Quit And Dont Ever Give Up. No Matter What Your Goal Is, Anything And Every Goal Is Attainable With The Right Dedication And A Good Mind. Eat Healthy, & Lift Smart. However Train As If Your Already At The Top. Dont Ever Ever Quit If You Dont See Results Right Away. It Takes Time & Patience. And If You Love Doin It, Keep At It. You Never Know You Just May Be One Of The Best In The World At What You Do!
BB Accomplishments:
Went From 22% Bodyfat To 8 Percent Bodyfat. And Finally Reaching 18 Inch Arms :D Plus It Feels Great Being A Natural Bodybuilder, No Juicy Juice lol
