I started to work out as soon as i found out that by being a fire fighter you need to be in the best shape that you can be in, that and my brother helped me get into lifting.
Why I Love It:
It releases my stress cause by working, and I love the feel you get after lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pics from when i began and pics that are more current, that and my brother and I try to lift with eachother.
Well, I USED to run, but I wore my knees out because I ran all 4 years of high school without any breaks between seasons. So now I can run, but not fast. I hate no being able to go fast, so I just do HIIT cardio on the bike instead. It's not as fun as running, but I don't want to screw up my knees anymore than they already are.
I know how you feel..I have been crammed with so much stuff for classes that it is hard to motivate myself to get to the gym, but I just think that I will feel much better after and it works!
