I want to tone up my body and lose about 5-10 pounds of fat.
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to get down to a body fat % where I would be able to have defined abs. I don't want to lose weight to be skinnier. I'm definitely okay with my overall size, but I think toned bodies are beautiful, and would like to be more toned overall.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Always watch your posture, look in the mirror if at all possible, because if you're position is off even slightly, you could be building muscle in places you didn't intend to.
