DamianD Hey man, I've been researching madcows 5x5 routine and have started it this week. I stumbled upon your before and after picture from a while ago and wanted to know if you opinion on the 5x5 routine still stands. I'm trying to put on a lot of weight. Probably 20 pounds and am giving myself a lot of time to do so but I've never tried a 5x5 routine or anything similar. I've always just been on a split routine. So..
