Curry isn't too bad if you don't pour alot of the curry sauce on your food. The sauce is all coconut milk. I eat it with a plate (or two) full of rice or noodles swimming in the sauce.

Tell me your secrets!! LOL!! I have been watching what I eat, but still nothing! Maybe I give myself too many cheat days & my peanut butter addiction can't be helping. I'm off to look up the zone diet now.

I WISH I was somewhere fabulous like Gaitlinburg. LOL!! You're in Tennessee?! I was in Riceville visiting my sister...I think by Athens? Cleveland?
Workouts are going ok. I need to find some motivation somewhere. I'm still doing everything, but like a zombie. And I can't seem to lose this weight. I only lost 5lbs...and it was the same 5lbs I gained in a weekend. (Love to eat)
