I am constantly working on my program. Was currently using fitnesspoynters EFD plan and it was great, but am switching to a different plan with less reps..

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Was currently using www.fitnesspoynters.com, which is a great resource for plans, but it was a little to restrictive for me, may revisit it later.
ok, I am so tired of people complaining about sh*t that at the end of the day really doesn't matter...You know if you can't be thankful for what you have now..what is the point of having more???

Agreed on the minimum age requirements~only serious SIRs need apply! Maybe the first of the new year would be a good time to establish it? I feel like I have too many irons in the fire, ya know! But 2010 is looking incredibly busy for us too! ARRRGGGGHHH!!

I never realized how much I miss the gym until now. Have a bad bacterial sinus infection and am stuck in the house till it clears. Can't wait to start on my journey. Oh, hope you got out of bed by now and went to the gym!
Yes, you can get sashimi without rice and they have other things too that dont have rice. If you try it make sure you get a recommendation from someone who eats it a lot. If the restaurant is not good you will hate it. The higher end places should be better but that is not always true either. Thanks for the compliment, we have been married almost 2 years.
