How I Started:
My Fiance got me started while he was in Iraq. He plans the workouts and I help plan the meals and make them.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing results, even if they take a long time to see. I love that painful burn that turns you into gold.
How I Stay Motivated:
Jamie Eason-Music-Seeing overweight people who are trying to change their lives with diet AND exercise. I love seeing an overweight person running and lifting weights. They leave me with no excuses.

I work out at least 5 times a week, up to twice a day on some days, depending on work.
I usually do 25 minutes of cardio on the treadmil. Then do some light weight lifting for about 15-20 minutes.
Then I do another 30-45 minutes of cardio, varying the speeds and incline of the treadmil.
