Overall Goal: Basically, I want to cut it up. Shred the fat that I have and grab a small amount of lean muscle along the way.

When I Started:
How I Started:
I started lifting at an early age with my older brother - an absolute rocker and one of my best friends - while he was training for football. He introduced me to my first supplements, namely protein and creatine. After lifting regularly for roughly four years, I shifted my primary focus to running, and have been running steadily, intensely for the last 3 years. I've run the Hood to Coast (a 196 mile relay in Oregon) twice and done a number of 5-10k runs. I'm hoping to get off the roads and trails and back into some heavy weight crunching.
Why I Love It:
I love running for focus, for release, for energy and health.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pure self-improvement. I strive not to compare myself with others, and work only to feel good and maintain a personal level of fitness.
Ello Mista Crunch Masta! Thank you so much for the care and concern! You truly made my day. I am feeling much better now (some thanks to you!), and I'm ready to rock n' roll. Woo yea!! :) - Jen

The Crunchmasta has helped me through many a dark time. I see him as a great inspiration and credit him with the success of my current multi-million dollar business ventures. Always rock it, Crunchmasta. Always.
I clicked on your profile out of curiosity and I'm glad I did! I've been getting back into running this year and was waonderinging if the protein and creatinine could help. According to your profile, it does. I am encouraged! Tx. Colleen
