I want to weigh 190lbs of lean muscle when I return from deployment.
Goal (Long):
I've never been in shape, nor proud to show my body. As you age, you care even less about your body which is really bad. I want to be healthy, and to have a great body for the 1st time in my life. I want to be a lean 190lbs by the time I return from deployment so I can surprise my wife and family.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I wasn't mature enough. Plus I was told to the garage to exercise by my parents. I just sat there and listened to the radio. They didn't check up to see if I was really working out.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Make your goals CRYSTAL CLEAR. You might get confused later as you start getting workout buddies and that can screw things up.
Today is day 3. Back and biceps. I didn't do very well with biceps. I've never liked working with them unless I they burn. It will take a week to get sync up my workout with my workout partner. I ate too much dinner though. I've got to stop that. I also made my first forum entry and got...
man i have not been on here in forever i still workout and i'm at about 225 not 240 but oh well, still gaining strength. It's been good off the boat im in school right now and i go to Oceana on Aug 15th. we have to get together when yall get back did Rodas keep working out and tell Gore to hit me up i think he will like my new car later bro write back.
