I took some progress pictures yesterday and compared them to the pictures in the past. I was disappointed…I feel great and thought I had great progress but after comparing the pictures, I don’t see a difference. I’ve been slacking off on my diet and have been giving myself too many...

I changed a few things on my workout, include rest and cardio. I also workout in the morning, to get the full affect of fat burning.
