Thanks, I definitely will keep going. Not going to disappoint myself or anyone else at this point. Hahaha. Whenever I take a look at your avatars though I'm reminded of just how much hard work (in fact, for me I feel it's at least twice as hard) to get ripped again.

Hahaha well I actually haven't measured them in months so they could perhaps be bigger. I'm only 5'7" and 165 lbs. more or less, but it's important not to forget that a huge part of your arm is triceps. Personally I like training both, but the triceps are really a lot bigger and can handle more weight. Btw, sorry it took a while to reply.

Wow. That is a godly set of abs you've got going there, no joke. Makes me want to take my own core a lot more serious now. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks for the encouragement. I think in order to compete I'm eventually going to have to lose those inhibitions and bulk, and then cut. But we'll see what's in store for me!

Thanks! Hopefully my goals will one day be directed towards amateur competition, but I guess I'll have to see in a couple of years. Looks like you're already doing well for yourself. Keep it up!

Well, in that case you've still got two years of wrestling under your belt. But it would be pretty disgraceful if I lost. Hahaha.

Hahaha. Yeahhhhhhh there are a lot of people that don't exactly have sportsmanship. And yeah, I do remember Patch. Eh. But then again wrestling is a pretty intense sport and people try to intimidate their opponent in whatever way they can I guess.
But yeah, man. I'll definitely give you a heads up next time I come to spang. I'm sure I'm pretty rusty when it comes to wrestling now since I don't do off season, but at least I'll provide some amusement. Hahaha.

Hm...I believe I did...in Wiesbaden? I came out late for one of my matches 'cause I had to take a leak and everyone was looking for me...hahaha.
When I got out and finally got ready the ref made some comment about me jackin' it and I threw a head and arm and pinned the kid in 30 seconds. Crazy. But after that I had some tough work with everyone else.

Hey. What a coincidence. I went down to spangdahlem not too long ago on a stop back to Ramstein. But yeah...I still (sort of) wrestle but I'm graduating this year.

Heyyyyy that's good to know. I always hear good things about BSN. But for right now my situation sucks...though since I recently heard that Six Star Muscle Fuel = Muscletech (slight difference) and is cheaper...I might try out the NO Overdrive they sell over here for 19.99. It may give me just the pump I need.
But luckily I feel I'm making great headway with the stuff I'm using now.

Not quite where I want to be...but maybe in a few years, right? Hahaha. It's dedication and knowledge that matters most. Thanks for the compliment!
I notice that you're using some BSN products, especially NO-Xplode. How is that working for you? I've wanted to get my hands on some lately but in my current situation it's nearly impossible.

I have to ask you man. Your core is outstanding, especially the lower area (intercostals, adonis belt, inguinals, etc.). Any chance that I could get some information on how you developed that area?

Thanks. I'm running my weight up a little bit and for that I'm glad but it's too soon to tell if the results are permanent lean mass yet.

Thanks for the add, man. Trying to do the best I can with what I've got available. Wish I could add a ton more mass to my back though. Looks like you do a great job of that!
