Decided that I needed to lose weight. Was planning to just change my eating habits. When that didn't produce enough results, I started to exercise.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling after the workout is over. I miss it when I don't do my lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror (sometimes). I keep seeing more progress in my belly area. I have gone from wearing size 46 waist pants to a size 34.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost about 65 lbs of fat so far

Ok. I haven't ever been very good at keeping up with a journal. I am not sure that I will be all that good at this one either, but I just had to record somewhere for some one to see that I now have lost a total of FIFTY, that is 5-0 pounds.

My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I believe we know where you are coming from & want you to make your fitness goals come true and they can possibly sooner than you think. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat by following the 12-week Body for Life program.
