How I Started:
Decided that I needed to lose weight. Was planning to just change my eating habits. When that didn't produce enough results, I started to exercise.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling after the workout is over. I miss it when I don't do my lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror (sometimes). I keep seeing more progress in my belly area. I have gone from wearing size 46 waist pants to a size 34.

I have lost about 65 lbs of fat so far

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I haven't heard a lot of it. Don't do it.

Shorts that will help wick away the inevitable sweat. And a tank top so I can see my arms.

Ok.  I haven't ever been very good at keeping up with a journal.  I am not sure that I will be all that good at this one either, but I just had to record somewhere for some one to see that I now have lost a total of FIFTY, that is 5-0 pounds.

My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I believe we know where you are coming from & want you to make your fitness goals come true and they can possibly sooner than you think. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat by following the 12-week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Get in touch with either of us if you wish. This really helped me!
