What calf workout has worked best for you?
10 bodyweight calf raises on every step going up the stairwell (alternating between regular, toes out, and toes in) at my apartment. I do this going down and then coming back up. Well at least for me, thermogenics suck. You name it....Hydroxycut (including the Hardcore), Lipo6 (all brands to include Black), Cytolean, Stackers (1,2, & 3), Xenadrine, Xyience (really makes my heart go "Dude, what the hell", GNC Muscle Igniter crap, blah blah and the list...

that kind of sucks about selection...i met some of the coolest people in there...haha i refused to get my 5 for well over a year now becuase of that same fact,wanted to leave my options open for any school;)

summer huh? i see that you have ranger school as a goal? i take it you can't go until after deployment?
i went to selection a year ago...man,hardest work of my life...lol...was injured for about 7 months after i got back....i had to withdrawl the lastnight during the 30 mile ruck because i couldn't walk any further without doing some major damage to my tendons in my legs...oh well,motivates me to train harder;)
