I would like to gain 1 1/2 inches on my tricep and 2 inches on my thighs and calves while lengthening my sweeps in my quads, with deeper separation and cuts. I would also like to definitely make my back wider and thicker.

Heavy Dumbell preacher curls and standing barbell curls while leaning against a wall (that way you cant cheat and swing the weight up).
