Hey man how's your cut going? Which amount of calories has been working for you and are you doing cardio with it?

Hey sorry to get back to you so late. 3,000 actually seems about right, I was eating between 2800-3000 for a few weeks and my weight was slowly dropping by around .25-.5lb a week. I made the mistake of dropping them down to 2300/2400 these past few weeks just to see what would happen, and it's actually harder for me to lose on such a deficit and I feel like shit. I'd say rock 3,000 until the weight loss stalls, if you can get away with losing on a higher amount, by all means do it.

Yea definitely, if you follow it like it's laid out. Diet is key on any training program.

Hey thanks for the comment! Well, right now I'm on the fence of either trying to lose my remaining BF or try to build muscle first. Worried about cutting down to not enough lbm. It looks like you know your stuff when it comes to bb'ing! What do you think?

That's awesome! I'm glad to hear the inspiration. Whenever your feeling tired or don't want to continue on with it, just think, it's only about 1 hour a day out of 24 you have. If one hour of pain will impact your life this drastically, it's worth it. Good luck!

Hey, BFL actually worked really well. The only thing that concerned me I guess was not taking in enough calories. I was following the plan and it was working though, I think after reading some of the things on this site it put a little scare into me though about losing muscle on it. It's great for cutting and then doing a bulk. I really want to do P90X though.
