Started out with a workout DVD called Power 90, mainly Pilates, Yoga, Aerobic type stuff strictly for weight loss.
Why I Love It:
It's amazing how much you can change your body over time, I love seeing results of dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
I aspire to be like Wolverine one day! I also refuse to ever let myself get to how I was before I started, I can't stand the feeling of regression so I'll do anything I can to keep moving forward, otherwise I've just wasted a lot of time, money and dedication for nothing.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 100lbs and completely re-defining my body & life. Working out has stopped my bad habits, helped me kick my day to day drinking lifestyle and take care of myself.

Weird **** was this saturday i ate sooooo much around 8k cals (super stoned lol). Sunday i weighed in at 242 :O. Weighed myself today and i'm 225 so i dunno how that worked but might have helped. So far lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks, strength remains the same, energy during the workouts remain the same aswell. ONce/if i hit a plateau i will up food and then start HIIT again. Going great so far.
Going pretty good even though i slipped up hardcore this weekend on a small get-away to south padre island. Been eating 3k cals on workout days, dropped cardio for now and eating about 2500-2700 on those days.
Yo man we are similar in height (ur a bit taller) and weight. I just bulked up to 230 from 212 after i lost 118 lbs, added mostly muscle as i got definition on my top abs after the bulk. Just started cutting doing a 4-day split, off days cept sunday i'm tossing HIIT. I was wondering about how many calories are you cutting with? I'm starting at 3k but seeing as my maintenance prior was about 3600 and no cardio I wonder if it is too much of a deficit? Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi not sure if you're still doing this but I just started the workouts and have no clue what I'm supposed to be doing. I ordered the program off a diff website (cause it was cheaper) and when it arrived it only had the workouts and nothing else1 I'd really appreciate any help you could give me
Thanks,
Kim

Thanks for the P90X log. I've started off and on and never quite made it through the 3rd week for some reason or another, but this time is gonna be different. I was dreading doing Plyo today, but your log has inspired me.
Dude, you ARE Wolverine! Nice work -
I'm a fellow believer in the BFL method. It works wonders for me. And it just feels awesome.
You're a machine - keep up the good work.
i was doing some searching in the forums and i ran accross a thread where you said you were starting BFL. i have used it in the past, loved it. i am cutting right now for the summer and i am getting ready to start BFL again and use that routine through the summer.
then in the fall/winter i want to bulk up.
how did BFL work for you?
