The Progression through the phases is truly awesome, but I am finishing up the program or the second time so I will be adjusting the exercises soon.

Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I am excited to join a bodygroup, especially one with many fellow Marylander's. I've been on BodySpace for awhile, but haven't gotten enough activity on it to get any benefit out of it. I'm hoping this group will help change that. Members: 69
