I was overweight with 80 pounds of fat..began kickboxing at our local martial arts gym then gradually progress to weight training within about 6 months into it.
Why I Love It:
I love being fit and taking care of myself...not to mention I HATE being overweight. I've set myself a standard that I do not stray away from.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and pay attention to progress (in all honesty, who doesn't?)
BB Accomplishments:
Well, my whole body has been an accomplishment and I am proud that I have been published in Muscle & Fitness, Musclemag, Planet Muscle, Flex, American Curves, and Muscular Development.
1). Killer progress, You def deserve to be a superstar!!!
2). I'm not gonna lie, I still think I might call BS on that first progress pic.....hahaha =)
3). PANTERA!? No way, you HAVE to be friend now!!!

You totally should compete sometime, wouldn't you love the satisfaction of taking your physique to a whole new level and getting up onstage to show off your results? :-)
Thanks Cristy! I'm taking the next several months to add more mass, I need more size, but for the comp in June I should be all set. :-)
