How I Started:
I started in 2006 by taking a weight lifting class. Loved it and planned to continue into 2007 but schedule didn't allow.
Why I Love It:
I feel great and look better.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard with scheduling and kids. But the stress relief really helps.
BB Accomplishments:
When I was working out before I got pretty good tone and built some muscle.

Well, I'n 2 weeks away from starting back. Alot of work to do but I'm looking fwd to it.
Goal (Long):
I'm in my 30s now so I'm pretty sure pregnancy will affect me differently if I let it. I wanted to start training in earnest before I found out I was pregnant, so I'd like to start a foundation now and then once I have my baby I want to be able to recover quicky and start a REAL program. This is why I have a gain goal :). I want to stay in enough shape to deliver at 156, then take it back down from there.

I want to LOSE 5 lb
