I was relatively active in sports and extra curricular activities while I was in high school, but I slacked off when I started university and over a period of two years I gained the freshmen fifteen. Now that I am out of high school I have a different perspective of what is beautiful so I am more interested in being lean with muscle instead of just being slim.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the amount of energy I have the rest of the day after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a supportive boyfriend who is always pushing me to go that extra mile.
BB Accomplishments:
I am just getting started. There is still much to learn.

your scales are most likely more accurate. try to measure at the same time every 4-6 weeks and you will probably notice a shift in your clothes before it shows up on the scales. Don't get discouraged, its a slow process-just keep pressing thru, You look great!
