I started dating a bodybuilder and I realized one day that at 220 there was no way anyone would ever think I was with him... so when he went back to school out of town I spent the next semester dieting & training with all the advice from this forum and now weigh 155.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it feels when sweat pours down my back while doing cardio in the summer. Oh and not to mention I have found the greatest friends!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a size 5 in jeans but I have a pair of 16's I keep around as a reminder. Ever since my first time shooting as a "model" its nice to remind myself that my bills get paid based on my looks so I'd better not cheat :)
BB Accomplishments:
