Jan, 2007
How I Started:
I was getting tired of being unhealthy and wanted to do something about it! I started becoming fascinated with the autonomy of the human body and i wanted my body to mirror the best.
Why I Love It:
I love how i feel, and how i look. I like pushing myself to the max and constantly seeing changes in my appearance. Its something i started and i cant stop!
How I Stay Motivated:
The Mirror helps a lot. This websited also helps me stay consistant with my workouts and diet. Whenever im hungry, i just go on here and read articles and that usually helps me get back into my frame of mind.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I depend on preworkout supps, i know thats not a good thing, but i love the energy and focus that i get from them.
