I want to gain 100 pounds of rippage by summer so I can run nekkid through the fountains and look good!
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Superman and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months! Ok so I totally ripped this from the example, but I don't care!

There are articles about it on bodybuilding.com too, the only excersice in it is the," Burpee." THis work out is 30 descending sets of burpees. Its too much for me .
