How I Started:	Ive got really sick and tired of how my body looks. I have gained weight after high school and even my girlfriend says stuff to me.
Why I Love It:	I love the feeling when your done working out. Ive accomplished something and the half tired half elated feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:	I look at pictures of myself from high school and i have to compete with my buddy Bren whom i work out with.
BB Accomplishments:	To lose my stomach gain some more muscle and definition then stay that way.
