Overall Goal: I want to gain 1 inch to my arms over the next 2 months.
I can really lift well with dumbell bench press, so now I'm trying to get my barbell bench press higher. I can do 38.5kg Dumbells for around 8 Reps with a spot.

How I Started:
I have been active my whole life. I played a lot of sport at high level competition in high school. I enjoyed weights at high school and my passion for it grew the more I did it.
After high school I moved to Brisbane to attend school to become a fitness professional. Since then I have continued to educated myself on the smartest and most effective ways to get results from the weights.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel great and keeps me healthy.
I enjoy the challenge of being able to push yourself mentally and physically.
