Thanks Bro. I don't have a set routine. For legs I work in the 12 to 20 rep range with moderate to heavy weight while I'm trying to get them cut. When I'm trying to add size I use less reps for heavier weight.

Corey, thanks for the kind words. I plan to improve in the next 12 weeks with my meals and regiment. I hired a trainer in the mornings since my energy is high earlier in the day. Much success to you man.

yea man i took some a while ago, good stuff. im on tha superpump now and its workin like crazy...i was thinkin bout switchin back to NOshotgun after tho i miss it
