What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Preacher Curls, then immediately after, standard curls alternating hands with low wait(15 lbs) for 2 min straight. I highly recommend this...

Thanks Bro. I don't have a set routine. For legs I work in the 12 to 20 rep range with moderate to heavy weight while I'm trying to get them cut. When I'm trying to add size I use less reps for heavier weight. -Ken

****, well hit me up on here if your coming back to the city for break and we'll get you in to workout with me and my crew. we usually roll about 5-10 guys deep and everyone competes or is working towards it. keep hitting it hard -light weight!!

Corey, thanks for the kind words. I plan to improve in the next 12 weeks with my meals and regiment. I hired a trainer in the mornings since my energy is high earlier in the day. Much success to you man.
