What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Naw, not a grunter.....it dosent bother me though..kinda funny
What chest workout has worked best for you?
Incline Bench hands down..!!
What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Preacher Curls, then immediately after, standard curls alternating hands with low wait(15 lbs) for 2 min straight. I highly recommend this...

Thanks, that makes a lot of sense. I'm usually doing hanging leg raises while being pulled up halfway - gives a good pump and I feel it in my biceps afterwards too. Do you train your abs at every workout? How many times a week?
