Dated a body builder/trainer in high school. We'd work out together.
Why I Love It:
I like the extra energy and confidence. Makes me feel good about myself. I like to feel strong and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading Oxygen and Shape every month. I post pictures around the house with awesome bodies and paste my face into them :)

After having three kids, one day I was sitting on a beach in cut offs and tshirt. This 70 year old lady walks by in bikini, tan, muscley, looked awesome! She looked down her nose at me like I was pond scum! That was 8 years ago and I was alot skinnier then. I was SOOO offended! I started back to working out again that day. I decided then and there I wanted to be just like her! 70 years old and trotting around in 2 pieces on the beach and looking at moms not wearing bikinis like they were pond scum! LOL

Hey! How's it going? I'm doing great this month! I'm on a 1300 calorie diet and working out 65 mins. a day except on my cheat day I do cardio only. lol On Monday I'm going to start a detox and use the Cabbage Souper Diet for 7 days, I heard it does wonders! I need to jumpstart my weightloss! lol Take care and best wishes!

Actually the transformation in those pictures was 3 months (12 weeks). I urge you to post your before pictures now because that gives you an incentive to give your all and complete your fitness quest. If I can put up my before picture with my “muffin top” of fat hanging over my shorts you should not feel the slightest bit embarrassed to post yours. Believe and you will achieve!

Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and got them using the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife had great results herself. If you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if we can be of assistance feel free to give either of us a yell.
