Looking at pictures of myself in different situations. Everyone always tells me I'm not fat, but I am...just not the conventional type. I'm one of those "skinny fat" girls, who is skinny but still has no muscle definition. I want to change that. I don't want to keep looking back at pictures of me wearing the clothes I like and looking horrible in them. I also would like to be a good role model for my daughter as she gets older, I want her to see being active and eating right as the proper things to do.
Why I Love It:
I have a love-hate relationship with working out. Some days, I really get in the mood for it and can't wait to get into my workout, and other days I have to drag my ass up to do it. Results are what keep me going
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, motivation has always been something I've struggled with. At the moment, I'm just doing it for myself, to have the type of life I want to have instead of making excuses for the one I currently have.

I have a daughter and as she grows I want to be able to keep up with her, at the moment I can only carry her around for about 10 minutes before my arms are dying.
Next Monday I'm starting a 12 week program finally. It's one that I think I will be able to stick with for 12 weeks, so it's a little lighter. I don't want to burn myself out though or else I will just end up quitting, and that doesn't help me at all. This week I'm concentrating on...
Right now I'm doing the BFL program for 12 weeks. I figured it would be a nice way to ease myself back into training. This week (Feb 3-9) I'm using as a warm up to get used to the exercises and to figure out what weight I should be aiming for, etc. My first actual week will start on...
