My ultimate goal is to lose fat, and build muscle
so I can compete in NPC Oklahoma Championships. Not only for that reason , but just to be healthier overall, and feel better about my body.
Practically all my life I've always wanted to be in shape and I had everything I needed to accomplish my goals but I was just to lazy to do it. There comes a time in your life were you have to get up off your lazy ass ,be a man , and do what you need to to in order to accomplish your goals. Anything worth something is going to cost you and getting the body I want takes hard work, and drive . Bring it On!!
yeah i got 3 of them in the states and 2 of them overseas(the one on my back is from overseas for 200$ hahahah) yeah bro diet is key and the hardest thing to maintain! but keep with it! let me know if you have any questions bro
Hey, one thing to keep in mind is that you should always lose the fat first and then try to gain muscle. It's all about the diet and heavy lifting to prevent muscle loss. You don't seem to carry large amount of fat whatsoever, so i guess 12 to 16 weeks should do the trick for you...you just have to be persistent. Best of luck!
Not much huh. You look to be leaning up. He he, well, for me training is going great even though it does manage to beat my ass. I just keep forgetting to take all of my fish oil though but I'm getting better.
It's all about the diet bro. Everybody's body reacts differently to different dieting techniques, but if you like I can try to lead you in the right direction. I'll try to find the articles on this website that helped me out the most. I'm a firm believer in nutrient timing. I'll see what I can do to hook you up with some good articles. If I can't find one, hell, I'll write one myself. haha
You're going to laugh about this, but I don't do cardio. I slaughter myself in the weightroom and my diet is as clean as I can make it with my current knowledge. But starting next week I'm going to start running on the track.
If you have any specific questions, let me know....(diet and blah blah)
right now i don't do any kind of cardio exercise since i'm in quest of increasing muscle mass. but i do believe that one can benefit from cardio exercise early in the morning on empty stomach to burn bodyfat efficiently.
Well to get lean like my pics... I usually do what are called Sprint 8's on a Recumbent bike or elliptical machine. They take about 22-25 mins to complete and I do it 4 mornings and 3 evenings a week. Google Sprint 8 to learn more about it.
