When I Started:
Jan, 2004
How I Started:
Im not sure how it all happened to tell u the truth! I drove by a gym in January of 2004, after loosing about 100 pounds without physical activity in the preceding year... I have no clue why, but I stopped, parked my car, walked in, signed up and havent stopped pushing iron around since! I developped a true passion for the sport of bodybuilding and wont stop striving to be the best that I can be.
Why I Love It:
Training is a high. It enables me to blow off steam and stress generated by a busy professional and family life and to feel strong, in control. It has changed my entire life!
I love that I dont look like every other chick on the block!!
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror!! lol
BB Accomplishments:
I like to think that I have put on quite a bit of size and reached interesting levels of definition, but have so much left to accomplish!!!
