My Motivation Program

I go lunchtime and it has become a routine (although I feel I now have to add workouts after work if I'm going to progress as I want). The gym where I train has a great group of members and we're all very supportive of each other as well. I think this site will also be a source of motivation.

She had just finished a provincial show here in Canada where she placed first in masters and second in the short class and was looking to put some size on her shoulders, quads and calves in preparation of heading to the CBBF nationals next year. hkosse Yes, I know I shouldn't double up on meals but I had only had 50g protein and 30g carbs all day and so I had another 50/30. It's cutting out fat that is causing my migraines. I get 25g fat a day. My body is just adjusting. Thanks for your comments :) Oct 2, 2012 2:54pm

HotStrawberry Thanks for your comment on my blog. Honestly, I didn't ask him to move because I don't generally like to work in with people. I am very structured in how I work out and trying to work in with others is too disruptive. Each person tweaks the weights and settings and I like to rest for no more than 1 minute. He was taking longer. I'd rather find another machine to get the job done, I just don't see how some people can't see how rude that is. Oh well, just me I guess. Sep 27, 2012 7:50pm
