I want to my bench press to be around 225+ and my squat to be 350+ by sophmore year, And before I go in the Army to be a sniper I would like to bench around 350+ and squat 500+. Overall I want to be extremely strong, big (with a low BF%),and most importantly I wanna be happy with the way I look.

Notes: Complete it for 3 months with some minor change ups with 1RM %, Progress 10% each Week Starting at 60%, then max out after 4 weeks then go back down to 60% and work your way back up. After 3 months...
