How I Started:
Ive always been active since my teenage years. In highschool I was a cheerleader, I was in cross country, and in the swim team. At the time I was lean, but I didnt do any weight training until a year ago is when I got started.
Why I Love It:
being fit, toned and tight makes me feel good, and weight training is encouraged because of the profession I will be going into.
How I Stay Motivated:
different supplements, different workout routines, ipod, or new wrkout attire.

Goal (Long):
I have no problem of achieving my goals quick because I love working out. I weight train 5 times a week and I do cardio. During the week Im on a healthy diet and I also take supplements, but when the weekend comes around I love to pig out by having many cheat meals...lol...and it seems like all the progress I made during the week by training and doing cardio is all lost...lol..so I need to start being just a bit more diciplined!

Hey you, are any of the gyms that you go to open 24 hrs? I'm pretty pissed off cuz I just took my N.O. Xplode and Ballys was closed. lol. Anyway if I don't here from you soon have a great weekend.
