got done joggin/sprinting for about 45minutes this is my first time cutting omg it sucks and im a diet big time all i do is eat tuna and chicken and healthy stuff lol

Big guns on the way but try to flex forearm a bit as in this pic it looks weak, too smooth. Whereas in other pics forearms look huge. André

GAKIC does work pretty good actually. It helps rid the waste products of muscle metabolism. Therefore you can get out that extra rep each set. btw u look very massive for your age dude, keep up the hard work!
