Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to gain 15-20 lbs of lean muscle and lose 15 lbs of fat.
Goal (Long): I want to look like Arnold did when he was in is late teens. I want to be 250 lbs with a 34" waist and 12% bodyfat.

How many days per week do you lift weights?

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60 seconds most of the time. I like to keep the heart rate elevated
during my workouts and since I work out during my lunch, I gotta get it
done and get back to work.

It varies. I normally warm up with 15-20, and can go as few as
2-3 reps on the heavy days.

If you are looking for a program that really works at both getting rid of bodyfat and getting you into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week total body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines.
