Well this was one sick workout, did both muscle groups.
Ezy curl bar 30kg (3sets x 8-10reps) Felt really good
Cable machine curles 50kg (3sets at 10reps)
Hammer curl, 25kg (3 sets at 8 reps)
Rope pull down 40kg (3 sets at 8reps)
Bar pushdown 48kg (3 sets at 8reps)

Hey you cool? I hadn't been feeling great and had a few tests..my liver and kidney function test were abnormal..culprit? Doc reckons supps overload! so not doing finals and stopping all supps until the tests are retaken. still lifting though ;)
