I looked in the mirror and I was tired of feeling helpless, tired of feeling unlucky, so I took control. Best thing I ever did.

Well this was one sick workout, did both muscle groups.

Ezy curl bar 30kg (3sets x 8-10reps) Felt really good

Cable machine curles 50kg (3sets at 10reps)

Hammer curl, 25kg  (3 sets at 8 reps)

Rope pull down 40kg (3 sets at 8reps)

Bar pushdown 48kg (3 sets at 8reps)

Awesome, I did 50 reps recently with behind the necks! 3 sets! I tried to do 100 but couldn't! Too much weight.
