How I Started:
I started off when I was 17 trying out for football. I ended up being a waterboy but I really like the weight training aspect of the practices. Eventually I was lifting more than the athletes.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me mellow and I can take out my everyday frustration and anger on the plates. Otherwise I forget my problems at the gym. Sometimes a bad thing, but it's alright.
How I Stay Motivated:
I drive to look better than when I did this before. Several years ago.
BB Accomplishments:
1080 pound calf raise. 3 sets of 15 on a shoulder resting standing platform. When I was 17. That's proper technique by the way. Stand and squeeze. Recently I deadlifted 350 pounds 10 times, although this was done with poor form and it was more like a romanian deadlift.

I would like to lose the extra body fat hiding at the hinges. I would like to add mass and make myself someone people can look up to again. If I don't I'm ok with that too.

Instinctive training. I work out any muscle group I feel is recooperated and also I work in a few sets of sit-ups and various core exercises between different workouts.
