Overall Goal:  Expose the rippin 8 pack I feel under this veil.

Fit Status:  I've tried eating and lifting. Now I am trying the "eat less" diet. Meaning that I have reduced my portions as a total throughout the day.

How I Started:
I started off when I was 17 trying out for football. I ended up being a waterboy but I really like the weight training aspect of the practices. Eventually I was lifting more than the athletes.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me mellow and I can take out my everyday frustration and anger on the plates. Otherwise I forget my problems at the gym. Sometimes a bad thing, but it's alright.
How I Stay Motivated:
I drive to look better than when I did this before. Several years ago.
BB Accomplishments:
1080 pound calf raise. 3 sets of 15 on a shoulder resting standing platform. When I was 17. That's proper technique by the way. Stand and squeeze. Recently I deadlifted 350 pounds 10 times, although this was done with poor form and it was more like a romanian deadlift.

I mainly do the tape, but I have a soldier who bought the scale with the electronic BF in it. Electronic is very touchy, but pretty close to the tape.
