Reason: No one gets enough fiber through diet.. this is a great way for me to add it to shakes or just drink alone- doesnt taste bad at all!

Reason: Blended protein , low carbs, low fats- all healthy good fats! makes a great meal replacement when I add 1 scoop fiberteq fiber.. :)

Reason: Perfect amount of carbs (in 1.5 scoops) for post workout! This protein is in the "weight gainer category" but it is low in fats and high protein and carbs (waximaize carbs that most people add to post workout shakes) plus creatine! Not to mention it taste phenomenal- I mix this with the Graham cracker zero carb to make sure I get a fast absorbing protein in that adds just protein to my post workout shake already containing 2.5 grams fat and 39 carbs... TRY IT!

Reason: I use this as my pre-workout drink (protein, creatine, beta-alanine, arginine) awesome mix- gives me strong workouts without any stimulant. I dont need the caffeine right now- but soon again i'll get the shotgun! :)
(I use the NO-shotgun in my pre-contest training to get more energy & the synthesize post workout instead of carbs in a shake)
