My goal is to get to a muscular 180 lbs by October 2009 for my birthday !
Goal (Long):
I would like to drop to 150-180 pounds, They say my healthy weight is 130 pounds, no way! Preferably a 180 lbs muscular body. Current: 260 pounds, 43% BMI.

I would love to help. Keep focused everyday and know that it does not happen overnight. If you keep a patient mind then you can achieve the goals you have set out to attain.
Right off the top of my head for pumped: 1. Drowning pool-"let the bodies hit the floor" 2. Disturbed-"Down with the sickness" and "Land of confusion" 3. Rob Zombie-"More human than human". Most anything Metallica. When I have a little more time I'll send more.
Oh, gotta love the sugar temptations!!! That's been my biggest obstacle! Each time I'm able to turn it down the stronger I get. Don't give up, it's well worth the results you'll see!
I learned that you have to find the "spark" to keep going inside yourself. However, bodyspace is a wondeful place and I have to say that it is what keeps me eating clean and working out everyday. There are going to be people that don't understand or care about the whole fitness thing but what matters is that you do. Talk about supplements and working out all you want on here, that's what we are here for.
As a fellow Canadian I just thought that I would say that if you really want to lose weight and get into great shape it is best to follow a proven program. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort.
Hey bro, i really feel you there! I was a fatass few years back..talk about being second to none when it came to chicks haha. No matter what happens dont give up aite! And remember that you're doing this for yourself, not anyone else. Good luck and persevere! keep in touch
