Workout Program:
i do an all body weight program now to help with SERE.

mon-wed-fri
hanging leg raise- 15reps
pushups- 25 reps
decline sit ups- 30reps
dips- 10 reps
reverse crunch- 30 reps
chin ups- 6reps
repeat entire thing 3 times
then i go for a 20 minute run outside because I HATE TREADMILLS

saturday is my day off from work so i usually go for a 1-2 hour hike in the woods. sometimes i carry a backpack with weights inside. and sunday night i do hill sprints when i get out of work because i sit all day and i need to get the cirrculation going.
