How I Started:
I joined the Air Force. i heard about there SERE program and wanted to go for it. there is a physical test for it and i wasnt fit enough to pass. so i started workin out with my friend Richmond and i have made incredible progess and i have had amazing results since.
Why I Love It:
i feel great afterwards. it has shaped my body into a much better physique. im happier, i feel clean and refreshed all the time. i can complete many tasks with almost no effort.
How I Stay Motivated:
i bought a zune. i like listening to alternative music. loud and angry, it gets me pumped! and i have a workout buddy and we are always pushing eachother. we make up routines that we consider to be "badass" in our opinion. and we challenge eachother. "how many pushups can you do now?" "wanna do hill sprints today?" and "wanna go climb buildings on saturday night?" and we keep eachother up to date on new workouts that we find, like new push up styles and lifting techniques.
BB Accomplishments:
i have a much better physique. i have the outline of a 2 pack, the v muscle, and definition in my shoulders. i can do 4x as many pushups as i could do in august. and 7x more chinups. i can run faster without gettin short of breath. but i need to work on distance

i am the kind of person who people would expect to have an amazing body. i do alot of adventurous things and i am an outdoors woman. i wanna look great when im at the beach or out at the lake. but like i said before, i can more about strength and endurance.

decline sit ups- 30reps
