How I Started:
I grew up the smallest kid on the block. I've always been involved in sports and when I started High School and began working out, my body really responded to it.
Why I Love It:
It's my quiet time. 100% concentration, I feel like it's a cleansing each time I go to the gym.

As far as my back routine it changes up a lot. But as I was mentioning in a privous profile reply... my staple exercises for back are, heavy DB and BB rows, deadlifts both stiff-legged and conventional, T-bar rows, cable pulldowns and cable rows. And although not done on my back days, imo squats have contributed a lot to my overall back and shoulder development.
