When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
I just got started April 2009, when I was here reordering my supplements. I saw the bodyspaces & I started this page to keep me accountable. I've had my ups & downs in the past, but I know I will succeed this time!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so much better & stonger. I know it makes me healthier, it's puts me on the road to looking good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror, or step on the scale & it gets me back on track. Or I just look on here at how far other people have come & it inspires me & picks me right back up.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 22 lbs so far & went from a size 15 to a size 5. Still have a lot of firming up to do, but I am getting there!

What Cpt.America Is Up To:

Cpt.Americachanged Weight from 135.5 lbs. to 132 lbs., a 3.5 lb. loss in 1 day
I want to lose weight, get in shape & live healthy!
Goal (Long):
It was so hard to choose just one main goal. Truthfully, they all apply.
Over this past year I've gained about 35 lbs. It's hard. I've always been underweight & had it so easy. I could always eat whatever I wanted & be as lazy as I wanted & never get fat. Now I'm getting older & it's all catching up with me. 5 yrs ago I weighed 112 lbs & I was a size 1. Now I'm 32, I weigh 168 lbs & I wear a size 13. I feel terrible. I hate all my clothes because nothing seems to be able to make me look good. I have no energy & no motivation. I'm always tired, always out of breath. I really want to get into shape, lose fat, gain muscle, feel great & be healthy! I know I can do it! I'm starting this page today, in hopes that it will keep me going. It will keep me accountable, keep me motivated & remind me of my goals. I'd like to lose 50 lbs, look & feel good & be strong & healthy. I want eating right & daily excercise to be my new lifestyle.
In reality though, it's hard to specify a set number of pounds to lose. While I'm losing fat, I'll be gaining muscle, so I will know when I get there! As long as I'm healthier, & getting regular exercise & looking & feeling better by the end of summer, I'll know I'm well on my way.
My plan is to eliminate all refined sugars from my diet. No soda, no candy, no junk. More water, more veggies & fruits, less of everything else. Most importantly, excersise, exercise, exercise! Something to get me up & moving everyday - easier said than done. I'll update weekly how it's going. I've lost 22 of my extra 50 lbs so far. I decided my goal should've been more like 55 lbs though :p. Only 33 more pounds to go!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 33 lb

I finally feel like I'm making progress & getting somewhere. I've lost about 40 pounds since August. I've gained a couple pounds back but it will come back off, I'm not done yet! I haven't started working out yet, but I'm ready now. I lost all my weight through prayer & dietary changes....
I just stopped by to wish you continued success as you work towards your fitness goal. I believe that with your determination and desire you will be amazed at what can and will happen. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. Stay strong, focused and determined.
HEllo,
You do need some rest.. I would do an ab split like this,Work them MON,Tues, Thurs,Saturday. Working abs alone won't bring you great results, you need to work your entire body to help burn fat in that region, getting your metabolism high as well will bring you good results, and you do that by eating alot of small meals during the day..
Thanks,
Steve
Hi Hun! Your hair looks beautiful, I love it! Also, you have almost lost 10 pounds! So awesome! You will be happy to know that I have been taking 3-mile power walks and have gotten in the habit of doing 15 (girl) push-ups before I jump in the shower. Love and miss ya!
