When I Started:
Jul, 1999
How I Started:
i was an athlete in highschool but never really lifted weights other than football practice. after Marine Corps bootcamp and ITB i started lifting pretty hardcore with my roommate b/c he was into it like a religion. i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
i had to take a two year break from pretty much all activity b/ci was stricken with adult onset epilepsy. once it was semi under control i used my lifting and exercise to further regain control of my life. i will forever be indebted to physical fitness.
How I Stay Motivated:
as long as i keep moving life can't catch me. ha ha ha.
BB Accomplishments:
i took myself from 145 when i started getting into it after bootcamp to 195/9.5% bf within 2-2.5 yrs. then i developed epilepsy and quit moving for 2.5 yrs and shot up to 235/22% bf. after 1.5-2 yrs back in it i'm down to 206/15% bf and steadily improving.

Goal (Long):
i'm a strength guy. i just love to come in and push it to the limit every time. i may not be the biggest or strongest in the gym but i have never had anyone train with me that could leave me behind. intensity is me. i leave it all on the gym floor as reach a new level every time i leave my training arena.
i am new here to this site but definately not to training. i hope that my future posts will be of some benefit to some. tomorrow i will be posting my new training plan for the upcoming 6-8 week period. i hope it interests you. i may also need a little help in the way of supplements. i know...
