Well, I wasn't interested in it, but then I had no choice but to take sports performance in school, cause that was one of the only courses left. I started in it, and I started liking it. Loving it in-fact. Then I came up with the genius idea to join the army, so I needed to get in shape for that, and I realized if I wanted to pick up a hot girlfriend, I'd need to look good myself. I also was very over weight, and it was quite simple from the news and what you hear all the time, that being obese is unhealthy, and I was sick and tired of feeling like crap. I want a rock solid body. That is how I got started.
Why I Love It:
It feels good. I love feeling the burn the next day. It makes me feel like I accomplished something. I like it when people comment on how I look, that I look better, or different then before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to see peoples faces when I eventually have a six pack. I watch bodybuilding movies, read muscle magazines, and I have a friend who's into bodybuilding so we always talk and workout together whenever we can. You can just say I love it, I don't really have a problem being motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from weighing 280 lbs down to 211 lbs. I went from 155 lbs on the bench to 245lbs- though some of that went down when I got out of school and didn't have equipment.

This is where I started out on my organized body training program. I have already lost 40 lbs previous from working out randomly, but lots. I'm hoping my program will speed things up again, it took 6 months to loose 40 lbs.
It has been a while since I updated. After my jaw surgery- in which I dropped to 210 during the healing proccess- I bounced back up to 235lbs and a higher body fat percentage cause I couldn't workout for 3 months. Now getting the fat back down and the body fat as well.
My main goal is to look like the average joe when it comes to fat to muscle ratio. I don't need to be overly muscular, but I don't want to be fat either.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

Description: I've been able to bench 235 lbs before, but I was busy for a while and couldn't get the time in. I'm in a new program and 200 lbs is my new record for this new weightlifting restart.

Okay, well, a few things have happened. I joined the reg force army. I was a reservist before but I've gone reg force now. Non Smoking is a no go here with about 80% of the population smokers. I have ordered those Electronic cigarettes. If I cant stop having my nicotine, I'll get it without...
well done on the weight loss and hope the jaw is healing well. I had a friend who had jaw surgery and it has got to be the slowest part of the body for the swelling to go down on good luck and well done so far
Thanks for the complement. Several people have told me to do it, but to me my transformation isn't nearly finished yet. I may do it when I've got all the muscle I lost cutting so hard back.
