At age 55, I took a long, hard look at myself in a full length mirror and didn't like what I saw.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel physically and mentally. It contributes to my excellent health.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading and research. Helping others.
The encouragement of my friends on BodySpace. I have some very highly motovating training pardners.
