When I Started:
Jun, 2007
How I Started:
I used to lift with my cousin several years ago before I joined the Marine Corps. I got out of the Marine Corps and then I started getting insulation around my 6 pack. I'm in the Army Reserves now and also older and I'm more than ready to take the insulation off of my 6 pack. I really got started back when I knew I had to change. And not feel like a fat slob. I wanted to feel good about my self and not be ashamed to take off my shirt outside.
Why I Love It:
The reason I love Bodybuilding is I've always loved Arnold Swarznegger,Sergio Olivia,Bertil Fox,Lee Haney and many others and I have the feeling that I'm just improving upon what God gave me. I don't know that I'll be that big but at least my wife my be happy with the new look. Also I enjoy Cowboying with horses and roping this gives me more strength to hold on to horny creatures and I'm not just talking cattle if ya know what I mean.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to keep the end result of my hard work in focus. Knowing how much better I'm going to look. Knowing that each repetetion is only another part of the sculpting process.
