Thanks man, but still working on firefighting. It's tough, I still gotta get EMT certified and do fire academy this summer. Right now, I'm just learning about techniques with tools, latters, the science of fire, and the all laws and regulations for the job in college. Hows your traning going?

Just hitting it hard 5 times a week, 2hours a day and drinking protein shakes after. I stuck with the curl bar for awhile doing heavy sets of 5x10.

For lifting, just get better at doing the power clean. This lift is all about explosion, constanly work on your form and how fast you can get the weight up. Use those hips. This is the core lift for football players (along with squats). Cardio wise, run up hills or do bleachers to get that 40 time up.

Thanks, I can tell you put in alot work in to your body as well. I thought you were atleast 20-21yrs when first saw your pic; your not going look 25 for awhile! But ya, just tell me which pic you want done-it's easy. So what are you in your Halloween pic?
