How I Started:
Although we exercise regularly, the word came down that we had to begin doing PT as a group again because some of the "Joes" were getting overweight. So since we all had to be there, some of us decided to not waste our time, while seeing others still waste theirs.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling I get after a workout. The pump is awsome and seeing my body slowly transform is good too. I have not felt this good since I was 19y/o and running 2-miles in 11-min:36-sec. I definitely dont feel young again but I do feel more in shape than I have in over 10yrs.
How I Stay Motivated:
I was really weak when I first started. Now I'm just weak...LOL...so Im actually improving...LOL. I try to keep up with my 2 workout partners. We're all pretty hard on the shit talking and that motivates me to want to keep up with them. Everytime I bump up weight, they bump up and I can never catch them...but that don't keep me from trying.
BB Accomplishments:

I injured my rotator cuff about 2 weeks ago and skipped my shoulder workout last week. I tried to pick up shoulders again yesterday and had to go really light because of it. After about the 2d set of my second workout, I decided to just end my workout, hung my head and walked back to my hootch...
What's man...sorry it's taken so long. I had to have emergency surgery on new years eve..damn appendix. So I can't lift till Feb. I am freaking out! I have not gone this long not lifing in a long time! You making progress?

Hey Doc. Well I should be sleeping since it is after 1 in the AM! Hopefully I will be sleeping soon. Training is going fantastic. Never looked this good so early in the prep stage.
